Terms of Service

These terms apply to orders placed with Eyespike Corporation ("Eyespike", "we", "us"), Lake City, Florida, and to your use of eyespike.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline any order, including artwork we believe infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful.

Artwork and rights

You are responsible for the artwork you send us. By sending it, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it, and you agree to hold Eyespike harmless from any claim that printing it infringes a copyright, trademark or other right.

Proofs

When we send a proof, please check it carefully for spelling, layout, size and color. Your approval of a proof means we print the order as shown. Colors on screen can differ from colors in print.

Payment

Payment is due as stated when you place your order. Prices and payment terms are confirmed at the time of the order.

Reprints

If an order arrives with a printing defect or does not match the approved proof, contact us and we will reprint the affected items or work out a fair remedy. Errors in an approved proof or in artwork you supplied are not covered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or delays.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

SMS Messaging Terms

• Eyespike Corporation sends text messages about customer orders (confirmations, proof approvals, production and shipping updates) and replies to customer support questions. We do not send marketing messages.
• How you opt in: by texting us first at (386) 755-3088, or by giving verbal consent by phone or in person when placing an order.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (386) 755-3088.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
