We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to ensure our users have the best possible experience at CEUfast.com. This individual will be responsible for answering emails and returning customer’s calls. Primarily interactions with customers will be online and will require strong communication and grammar skills with the ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm with 95% accuracy. The candidate will thoroughly document the progress and outcome of each support interaction/case.
